WHO THE F**K IS THE PHONE?

The Phone* is a pop rock band formed by brothers Alfredo and Fernando Lore in Mexico City... And yes, they sing in English. With strong influences from The Beatles, The Yardbirds, Morrissey, Oasis, and Blur, their music blends the classic with the personal: catchy melodies, raw lyrics, and a vibe somewhere between melancholic and heartwarming.

They represent themselves as animated skulls, inspired by the idea that "under the skin, we are all the same." They also share another maxim that defines much of their essence: "You may never meet God... but you will definitely meet Death."

They have released six songs so far, although they often play many more live that have yet to be officially recorded. In 2024, Luis Bautista joined them on bass, after several attempts with others. Luis managed to adapt to the band's rhythm and style, bringing them full circle.
